Eligible users include Linea XP holders with at least 2,000 points and Linea XP-L liquidity providers with at least 15,000 points, with boosts for early users, sustained activity, and MetaMask product users. The airdrop will distribute 9.36 billion LINEA tokens across 749,662 eligible wallets. LINEA is not a governance token; instead, it is designed to align with Ethereum by funding open source development, contributing to the burn, and channeling value back to Ethereum Layer 1.
