The simulation found zero false confirmations across 5.15 million slot evaluations, with roughly 96 out of every 100 slots fast-confirmed within 12 seconds across the 800,000-slot window tested. The Fast Confirm Rule is expected to enable roughly 98% faster transaction confirmations compared to Ethereum's current 13-minute finality.
