Shutter Launches Concorde DAO Agent
The invite-only launcher gives DAOs and other groups a shared agent, shared decision history and verifiable signed commitments.

Shutter Network launched the Concorde Launcher, a framework that lets a DAO set up a shared AI agent. DAO members use a gateway rather than accessing the agent directly, while Concorde records their exchanges and lets the agent sign commitments that others can verify without an account. The service includes a web app for members, with Telegram messaging available when an admin connects a bot.
Concorde is designed for groups that need an agent to retain context and support collective work without any one member controlling its instructions or memory. The launcher is built on Shutter’s open-source Concorde framework; groups can use its built-in agent or connect an existing one. The system will leverage cryptographic tools such as TEEs, zero-knowledge proofs and censorship-resistant ledgers to run the gateway in the future. The launcher is in early alpha.
