Ambire launched Gas Tank fee sponsorship support for Safe accounts, bringing its cross-chain gas abstraction feature to Ethereum's most widely used smart account across 18 networks. Gas Tank lets users top up a balance once and use it to pay transaction fees across any supported EVM network. It eliminates the need for native gas tokens on each chain. Previously available for EOAs, the feature now covers Safe accounts.
Beyond convenience, the Ambire bundler appears as the executor for Gas Tank transactions, providing added privacy. Gas Tank balances are also per-account and do not link addresses together, reducing the onchain footprint of multi-chain activity. Ambire users can manually deposit ERC-20 tokens from any supported network into the Gas Tank.
