ArbitrumDAO OAT Committee Elections

ArbitrumDAO is holding an election for its Oversight and Transparency Committee (OAT).

The ArbitrumDAO is holding an election for its Oversight and Transparency Committee (OAT), the five-member body that oversees OpCo, Arbitrum's centralized operational execution layer. The current committee, Patrick McCorry, A.J. Warner, Pedro Breuer, Gavin Wang, and one additional member, published its July 2026 update reporting progress on hiring a Head of OpCo, operationalizing the structure, and coordinating cross-AAE initiatives.

Arbitrum Autonomous Entities (AAEs) are independent organizations and service providers that operate within the Arbitrum ecosystem and funded by the ArbitrumDAO. The OpCo centralizes operational execution under DAO-accountable oversight rather than relying solely on the Arbitrum Foundation. Delegates and stakeholders were invited to engage directly on the forum
